O-1 Visa

The O-1 visa is a temporary work visa designed for individuals who demonstrate extraordinary ability and have achieved national or international recognition in fields such as science, education, business, athletics, the arts, motion picture, and television. This visa allows highly accomplished professionals to work legally in the United States and may be renewed as long as the eligibility requirements continue to be met.
